The former chancellor of the University of Wisconsin saw his salary drop significantly after losing his job due to his participation in pornographic films with his wife.

According to the “New York Post”, Joe Gow saw his annual salary increase from $263,000 to US$92,000.

He was fired from his post as chancellor last December. The university, however, allowed him to continue to benefit from a salary as a communications professor during his suspension with pay.

The 64-year-old leads a double life as a porn star with his wife Carmen Wilson.

Proud of his sexuality

Joe Gow faces a hearing later this year to determine whether he can return to the classroom. The main person concerned continues to produce pornographic films. He has no regrets.

“They want to me as a tenured faculty member,” Joe Gow said. “But what I do with my wife, on my own time and using my own equipment, is none of their business.”

“No one fools anyone,” he added. We are the ones who enjoy our sex lives openly and honestly. We are in love and we have fun together. People don’t understand it and it makes them uncomfortable; That’s why they want me to leave.”

The sixty-year-old is proud of his sexuality.

“I like what we’ve created,” Joe Gow said. This brought my wife and me a lot of openness. It improved our relationship. Why should I be ashamed of that?”

at the University of Wisconsin have started a petition to keep Joe Grow on his job.

“Sex work is real work,” wrote student Hannah Hogan in an online petition. Let this man live.”
