After a morning, Monday April 22, dedicated to investigations in the major passage area of Biscarrosse in the Landes where Kendji Girac was shot and injured a few hours before, the investigators are now focusing on the hearings.
According to our information, ten took place this Tuesday. The people interviewed were notably summoned to the premises of the Parentis-en-Born gendarmerie. These are relatives of the singer, present during the shooting, but also “people who came into contact with him during the day before the events that interest us”, indicates a Source close to the case. Kendji Girac’s uncle and partner are among the people whose comments were collected. The latter was also near the singer when the shot went off.
Nothing is leaked regarding the versions given by either party. We will just learn that “there are no big differences”, according to the same Source. The military is still awaiting the results of the fingerprints and powder residue.

Several hypotheses are still being studied by investigators, such as the one put forward by the singer: “a shot that he himself provoked by handling an automatic pistol”, indicates the prosecution. There also remains the possibility of a desperate gesture or the threat of such a gesture. As for the intervention of a third party, such as settling scores, “this is not the preferred route for the moment”, specify two concordant sources. A mystery remains, that of the bullet and the magazine, which are key missing pieces in this investigation, while a pistol was found on the edge of the camp.
Kendji Girac has still not been officially interviewed by investigators. “He is still sedated and that would not be conclusive for anyone,” slips a Source.
