Here everything starts in advance: Leonardo confesses

Quentin (Tristan Bowles) tells Leonard that he doesn't understand why he didn't come home to the roommate last night. Leonard asks him what he was doing with Gaspard's notebook. He says he found it in the institute's garden. Leonardo feels that Quentin is lying, he asks him for the truth.

Enzo, Alice and Gaetan take a selfie: Alice leaves because she has a meeting with Stanislas to arrange bottles at Double A.
Gaetan admits to Enzo that he thinks Stanislas regrets having said no to Alice. Gaetan explains that he can't tell Alice anything because their relationship is not exclusive.
Gaetan (Terence Telle) arrives at Double A, he decides to help out with the triage. The tension is palpable between the two men.

Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini) promises Cléo that she will continue to search to exonerate her. Clotilde tells her not to give up and that she can speak to her informally. Joachim arrives, he suggests that Clotilde go for coffee afterwards.

Quentin confesses everything: he locked the shower, he broke Gaspard's car, he committed the accident at the commissary. Quentin did this to protect Leonard because Gaspard constantly humiliates him.

It's always complicated at Double A, Vic has the impression that Milan and Anaïs are so in sync that they forget that the brigade exists. Billie can't stand it anymore in the dining room, the customers are getting impatient. Billie and Anaïs argue during service. Then, Anaïs comes to apologize…Billie tells her that she has become a snob with the room. Billie has the impression that Anaïs considers the room as “her minions”. Anaïs decides to take Vic as second so that there is more communication.

Clotilde tells Joachim that she will do everything to get Cléo out of the hospital. Clotilde blames herself for not having listened to Joachim. He is touched by what she does for Cléo.

Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau) says that an tidying workshop is not his passion: it was a bogus excuse to spend time with Alice. He admits that Gaetan's presence irritates him to the highest degree.

Leonard shows Maya and Malik that it was Quentin who had Gaspard's notebook. Leonard tells them that it wasn't Cléo who attacked Gaspard: it was Quentin. Malik says that Quentin is not stable…He threatened him at the beginning when he arrived at the institute. Maya is lost, she doesn't want to lose Quentin a second time. She asks Malik and Leonard not to say anything: they promise them to keep quiet.

Here it all begins January 22, 2025: Stanislas uncomfortable with his feelings

Alice (Noémie Zeitoun) asks Stanislas if he might be falling in love with Gaetan. Stanislas says that it's good for the couple not to always be stuck with Gaetan. Alice says thank you for reminding her that she is in an open relationship. She asks him for advice on the dating app.

Clotilde comes to see Léonard, she got the schedules and saw that Quentin had not booked. Clotilde feels that Leonard is not telling her everything. She tells him that it's not easy to live with guilt. Leonardo decides to give Gaspard's red notebook and reveals to him that he knows who attacked Gaspard. Leonard says that Quentin is the aggressor. Maya hears the conversation, she tells Quentin to run away…
Quentin wants to take responsibility, Maya tells him that he will take too much for an attempted homicide. Maya wants to leave with Quentin, she doesn't want to lose him.
