In the episode ofHere it all begins from Friday January 17… Jasmine hopes that after her custody, Cléo will be incarcerated, unlike Jim, who is more nuanced. In reality, Cléo hurts him. In the park, Gaspard goes to meet Coline. In his own way, he thanks her for visiting him in the hospital. But the young woman wants to take full advantage of this moment and asks him to be more specific in his thanks. “Don’t exaggerate either,” he replies while being friendly in his own way. She has the usual answer that Gaspard likes, even if he doesn’t tell her.
Here it all begins early: Billie kicks Tom out
Vic and Billie review their baking lessons. The two friends fear Teyssier’s wrath. If Solal and Vic are doing well, this is not the case for Billie. As usual, Teyssier is hurtful and tells Billie that she is better off in the dining room than behind the stove.
For her part, Claire offers a role play for her module. Milan and Emy point out Tom’s faults, who doesn’t take criticism so well. After the exercise, Claire explains to Emy and Tom that it was a test. This module was a pretext because one of his friends is looking for a second one for his Parisian restaurant. And it is Emy who is retained.
In her room, Billie is at rock bottom after Teyssier’s derogatory remarks. Tom then defends the director, which finishes off the young woman. “Being a good leader also means knowing how to point out faults…”, he told him. Billie then kicks him out.

Teyssier is approached by Hortense and the chef Listrac, who wish to organize a module on the use of artificial intelligence. He is stunned to discover not only Hortense using it but also some students. “I hope you gave them a 0 for cheating”, the director belches to Olivia. They insist but Teyssier doesn’t want to hear anything: “If we do that, they will stop thinking for themselves. Basically, it’s not enlightenment…”
During her class, Olivia warns the students of Teyssier’s decision regarding the use of AI. Mattéo understands, unlike his comrades. Sabri offers to show the director what artificial intelligence really is so that he understands that it wouldn’t do the cooking for them. Result, Hortense and Olivia, accompanied by Sabri try again with Teyssier, who sticks to his positions. Sabri insists: he suggests that the chef prepare a dish in front of him so that he understands how he uses the AI. Teyssier accepts… on the condition that he never hears about it again. During the demonstration, if he is amazed, Teyssier is inflexible: he does not want the students to use it but nevertheless accepts that the young master’s chefs use it.

The atmosphere is frosty between Clotilde and Joachim. He comes back from the police station where no one wanted to believe that it was him who stole the SD card. “They think I said that to exonerate Cleo.” Clotilde regrets having denounced her. “At the time, I didn’t think. I saw you doing anything with this kid…”, she tries to justify herself. But the tone rises and Joachim is really angry. “That’s how it is in our relationship! It’s always been your decisions that take precedence,” he reproaches her before bringing up the fact that she doesn’t want children. “You’re such a fucking selfish person,” Joachim tells Clotilde, who can’t believe it and prefers to leave.
Joachim confides in Gaëtan, who, even if Cléo has things to reproach himself for, understands his friend’s resentment towards his wife. However, he finds that Joachim has gone too far in talking about his decision not to have children. Joachim admits to having gone a little too far but regrets always having to adapt to her. He’s fed up.

Rose is optimistic about a reconciliation with Marc. Clotilde blames herself for having put her sister in such a situation. Rose is convinced that things will also work out for her and Joachim, but she fears that he will never forgive her for denouncing Cléo and no longer knows what to do. “There’s not much you can do. You just have to wait for your anger to pass.” Rose advises him. Clotilde then tells him that according to Joachim, it is her fault if they do not have a child. Rose understands that Joachim needs to let off some steam and, unluckily, it falls on Clotilde. It will pass, Rose promises. “I’m not sure I can take it much longer,” admits Clotilde.
Later, Rose finds Marc, relieved to know Cléo in custody. Rose apologizes again for not telling him anything. She blames herself a lot, even more so since Gaspard’s attack, which she blames on Cléo. Marc can’t blame Rose, stuck between him and his sister. He is also optimistic about the argument between Clotilde and Joachim, who cannot stay angry for more than 24 hours according to him. However, on returning home, Clotilde notices that Joachim has packed his bags. “Joachim is gone. He left me”, she said in tears while leaving a message for her sister.
