Four departments are still on orange alert. These are Ille-et-Vilaine, Eure, Val-d’Oise and Ain. The rivers are now in decline. In Gisors, the water went down as quickly as it rose. The city center is accessible again. Firefighters worked all morning to remove the water. The flooded residents are now waiting for the experts to come.
