Joachim has decided to take Cléo home: he believes that Cléo has stabilized and needs support. Cléo went for a walk in the institute’s garden, Clotilde is stressed.

Angela (Ginnie Watson) is making pancakes and Alice intervenes…she says the batter isn’t fluffy enough. Alice offers to whip the eggs into snow. She decides to give him a helping hand in the morning in front of Stanislas.

Gaetan joins the pastry class with Stanislas, Angèle and Alice. Stanislas is a little disgusted by his arrival. On the program, you have to make puff pastry. Gaetan accidentally pours flour on Stanislas’ apron, he laughs so hard!
