The Télévisions host joins the 2025 class of the TF1 dance competition hosted by Camille Combal, the first six names of which have been officially revealed.

Since November 28, TF1 has gradually announced the names of the personalities who will compete in season 14 of “Dancing with the Stars” . After the swimmer Florent Manaudou, the former footballer Adil Rami, the singer Lénie Vacher, the actress Charlotte de Turckheim and the Miss France 2024 Ève Gilles, it is the turn of the participation of Sophie Davant to be made official.

Host of France Télévisions for nearly 40 years, the native of will be unfaithful to public service for the first time in her long career. “It’s been years since the production asked me to participate in “Dancing with the Stars” and I finally acceptedconfided Sophie Davant on her Instagram account. After Sophie Davant, Nelson Monfort in “Dancing with the Stars”?

During the last two editions of the dance competition, won by Billy Crawford in 2022 and Natasha St-Pier in 2024, twelve personalities made up the cast. According to the journalist Clément Garin, the other candidates who would complete the promotion of this season 14 would be the former footballer Emmanuel Petit, the singers Julie Zenatti, Maëlle Pistoia and Yanns, the journalist Nelson Monfort and the videographer Bach Buquen.

As for the “Dancing with the Stars” jury, it will be exactly the same as a year ago with Jean-Marc Généreux, Fauve Hautot, Mel Charlot and Chris Marques. Upheavals are expected within the team of professional dancers with, in particular, the probable departure of Anthony Colette who is expected to be cast in the next season of “Traitors” on M6.
