Last week, Timothée was in danger since the jury hesitated between him and Laurène for elimination. “You have to have a top, between us”warned Laëtitia Milot at the start of the show. But that was not enough to motivate him since he finished at the bottom of the ranking, with Romain, unlike José and Tsiory who delighted Cyril Lignac and Mercotte. For the technical test, the pastry chefs had to blind taste the creation of Jorge Cardoso (the most successful pastry chef in Portugal) and find the ingredients that make it up. For every piece they found, they got a piece of the recipe. Tsiory was the best with 6 out of 6 clues, while Romain only found half. During the tasting, José shocked Mercotte by finishing last in the technical test when usually he is at the top of the ranking. Timothée, who was able to pull himself together, finished first in this technical event. This is the seventh time in eleven weeks that he has obtained this place!
