It's a return to the stage that delighted the entire generation of the 2000s. A few days ago, the singer – also an actress – Lorie announced her big return to the stage in 2025. First with a Parisian date at the Trianon in November 2025. The success was immediate: everything was sold out in 2 minutes, pushing the singer and her teams to schedule two other dates.
Then to delight as many people as possible, Lorie announced a tour across France planned for next year. On this occasion, she was the guest of Yann Barthès in Quotidien this Monday, December 2.
Complicated interviews
Lorie experienced meteoric popularity when she was very young. Twenty years later, we all still have in mind: I will be your best friend, On a Latin tune or even Weekend, aged 19, she made the rounds of television sets.
Lorie notably participated in Thierry Ardisson's legendary show: Everyone is talking about it. On the set of the TF1 talk show, she returned to this not necessarily obvious moment. “One of the most complicated shows to make” comments the host, which she confirms, while specifying that it was not the only program that was difficult to do.
“From these shows, I keep not easy times because there were some questions that were a little touchy, a little daring and I was only 19. We learn, we shape ourselves, we put on a shell. Live, we take a little hit and we say to ourselves ‘lnext time I can answer that‘. It wasn't easy every day.” she said, remembering her beginnings.
Lorie in the political world
During the interview Lorie also returned to this moment when in 2005, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, then Prime Minister, mentioned “la positive attitude” directly referencing one of the tracks from his third album.
A much nicer memory, which twenty years later, still makes Lorie laugh. “What was funny was that I was pretty well known to almost everyone except perhaps in political circles. Well, here it is with Raffarin as press officer, everyone knew that my single was coming out” she said.
