This Tuesday, November 26, 2024, Yann Barthès hosted a new episode of Quotidien. That evening, the host received Dominique Seux, famous economic journalist from France Inter radio, to comment on French but also world news. Evoking both the election of Donald Trump and the budget proposed by Michel Barnier, the expert answered the questions of the journalist, who was trying to understand how France could have reached such debt rates. “I will give you some information: this evening, the rates that the French State borrows for a 10-year maturity are two tenths of the Greek rates,” begins by explaining the specialist.
