Christophe Dechavanne, Léa Salamé’s “living room bitch”: the columnist responds curtly to Dieudonné

He is no longer welcome on mainstream media, but Dieudonné was the guest of a web show, “The Incorrectibles”this November 24, 2024. He answered questions from Éric Morillot. And took the opportunity to settle scores with some enemies of the paf, notably Arthur, Cyril Hanouna and Christophe Dechavanne.

About the latter, in particular, he criticized his new position at Léa Salamé. Since the start of the 2022 school year, the host and producer has been a permanent guest in “What a time!”on 2. And he had the opportunity to speak about Dieudonné.

Dieudonné tackles Christophe Dechavanne

Indeed, the latter assured: “I was sent videos where he talked about me and my forgiveness, he said: ‘It’s a bit easy’.” The episode to which Dieudonné referred was that of January 2023 during which he asked via Israel magazine “sorry to the Jewish community” to be “let go to the game of one-upmanship“.

It must be said that the comedian who became an activist quite a heavy liability, anti-Semitism question… This is evidenced by his numerous convictions in court for his comments on Jews as well as on the Shoah, or on attacks perpetrated against Jews. Without forgetting his friendships with Jean-Marie Le Pen, Alain Soral, as well as the revisionist Robert Faurisson. And of course, the anti-Zionist list that he presented in 2009, in the European elections, on which he took a dig.

In fact, it is easy to understand why his excuses did not convince Christophe Dechavanne… He also did not convince the president of the CRIF, Yonathan Arfi, as well as the UEJF. And they were not mistaken, since 6 months later, in the columns of Rivarol, Dieudonné made these remarks about the Jewish community: she “don’t forgive” and has “such mastery of vice and corruption which means that any resistance organization will be corrupted, neutralized“.

But who still listens to it?

However, Dieudonné tasked Christophe Dechavanne this week. He estimated: “I rediscovered him and he aged, like me. Maybe it’s too easy but it can’t be easy to be in his place. To have been a star and to become a living room whorehe already was but now, it’s so obvious, it’s sad“. And to add: “But when I say living room whore, I have nothing against whores, everyone does what they can“.

Christophe Dechavanne’s response was not long in coming. Surprised that a journalist from Mag, at Le Figaro, did not highlight the pariah, he wrote to her directly about X. And to judge: “Resumption of remarks (grossly vengeful on a strange site) quite fascinating for yourself, dear Emilie Paul… Good journalism as we like it ???? Have a good day :)”.
