“It gave me visibility again among an audience who perhaps didn’t necessarily know me”confided Valérie Bénaïm a few years ago. Before adding: “Cyril unbuttoned me, because I was perhaps more framed on TF1. He gave me more lightness!”
For his part, Cyril Hanouna is full of praise. This evening on the show, Baba paid tribute to his columnist and friend. “You haven’t aged a bit. You are magnificent, Valérie Bénaïm. Honestly, well done to you.” he says. And to tell their story: “I knew Valérie Bénaïm since I was her intern at Fun Radio. She was a cougar at the time. She wanted to hook me. She wanted to hook the interns.”

Born in Casablanca in 1969 into a Moroccan Jewish family, Valérie Bénaïm quickly charted her path in the world of media. A graduate of the Paris School of Journalism in 1992, she began her career on Fun Radio alongside stars like Arthur and Cauet.
