Cécile Bache officially succeeds Loana Clain on the Shannkèr list. The young 22-year-old from Reunion Island dazzled the audience at the Sables de l'Etang Salé theater with her voice and gestures worthy of the greatest. “I still don't believe it and it's great pride for me to win this trophy” declared Cécile on Elodie Ayé's microphone.
