Three months before the withdrawal of their TNT frequency, C8 and NRJ12 took to the front on Friday before the Council of State. The two channels contested the decision taken by Arcom this summer. On July 24, the audiovisual regulator unveiled a preselection of 15 candidates, as part of the procedure for reallocation of 15 TV frequencies in 2025.
