“Shameful”, “I hope his children will react”, “Foul gossip”, “Why go through the trash after death?” : information about Alain Delon deemed indecent by Internet users

This Wednesday, November 13, 2024, Touche pas à mon poste was broadcast on C8 in prime time access. Like every evening since the start of the new season, a celebrity segment was offered to viewers at the end of the show. Fabien Lecoeuvre notably mentioned the phobias of big stars: according to him, Rihanna has a phobia of underwear for which “she seeks treatment every day between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.”, after having suffered in the past from trypophobia. that is to say the phobia of holes, bumps and other roughness. The columnist also revealed that Jenifer has a phobia of birds, Arielle Dombasle, a strange phobia of men which has greatly handicapped her, Angèle of slugs and finally Gad Elmaleh, of feet. “Her exes often talk about it afterwards,” he even said.

It was then Gilles Verdez who revealed his celebrity news of the day. And the columnist chose to mention the book by Bernard Violet, “Les Derniers Mystères Delon” which will be published on November 14. The biographer makes unprecedented revelations about the late actor, and more precisely about his sexuality, putting forward the idea that he was bisexual. “He did not find a man who confided to having had a relationship with Alain Delon, but plenty of testimonies which corroborate this, confidences in particular from Romy Schneider who had spoken about it according to him at the time…”, explained Gilles Verdez.

While the star who died on August 18 always denied these rumors, the book claims that he was bisexual for at least the first thirty years of his life. The columnist thus read a sentence taken from the work: “I think that the rebellious person that he was explored everything in terms of sexuality, with women with men or in threesomes”. Then he explained the thesis of the author of the book, Bernard Violet: “with his notoriety, he could not have revealed his homosexual inclinations”. On the social network X, these statements reported by Gilles Verdez did not please Internet users at all. They considered the release of this book opportunistic, barely three months after the death of the main person concerned.

But they were not at the end of their surprise, since the biographer goes further, as reported on the TPMP set. In 1968, Stéphane Markovic, Alain Delon's handyman, was found murdered. “According to Bernard Violet, he would have been killed because he was blackmailing Alain Delon. He would have had in his possession a photo of Alain having sexual intercourse with a young prostitute,” reported Gilles Verdez. But according to the book, the actor refused to give in to blackmail and asked a friend in the industry to correct Markovic who was blackmailing him. But this “correction” allegedly went wrong, ultimately resulting in murder. Bernard Violet “corroborates this by saying that Delon always had friends in the mafia” then added the columnist, who, cautiously, also specified that the friend in question was “relaxed from these facts”.

Despite these precautions, Internet users also criticized the TPMP team for highlighting this book, described as “shameful” and “scandalous”. Many even encouraged the star's children to file a complaint.
