In this competition, four brides rate each other's wedding celebrations, from dress to decor, in hopes of winning a dream honeymoon. The program, filled with moments of joy, tears, and quarrels between the brides, captivated millions of viewers. Among the notable candidates, Adelaide, then aged 22 during her appearance in 2019, deeply touched viewers. His kindness and fair play spirit impressed not only his competitors, but also the winner at the time, Francesca, who decided to offer him her honeymoon in Dubai.

Adelaide's difficult journey after the show

Years after her appearance on the show, Adelaide surprised her TikTok subscribers by revealing a radical turning point in her life. In January 2022, she left his life suddenly. “In January 2022, I separated and left overnight more than 300 kilometers away with only a car and my two children, leaving everything behind”she writes. In a series of poignant videos, she revealed the other ordeals she went through: first housed in a shed built by her father, she worked as a night receptionist to provide for her family. “I became a night receptionist. Compounding the lack of sleep, whenever I could, I slept on cushions on the floor in order to be and enjoy with my sons during the day. It’s thanks to my brother that I was able to leave and find this job so quickly.”

Bouncing back despite difficulties

Her vehicle, essential for her, was unfortunately set on fire, leaving Adelaide and her children in an even more precarious situation. “I also started working during the day when I was off to buy a car and get an apartment. My tires were slashed and the engine caught fire while I was driving. She also ended up at the broken…”she continues. Despite the difficulties, she was able to get back on her feet and obtain a stable permanent position, working full time to ensure a better future for her children. “I work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., while having Wednesday afternoon, my Saturday and Sunday.” Today, she leads a new life as a single mother, and has taken her revenge on life!
