Although the show is making a comeback on TF1, viewers are starting to get tired of it.
TF1 has relaunched a new season of “Star Academy”. The previous edition was a success for the students who touched the viewers. The big winner, Pierre Garnier, quickly became a star. However, the audiences did not quite live up to expectations. The day after the first bonus of this new season, the results are not better.
In terms of audiences, France 3 and France 2 led the ranking with “ Murders on the Blue Coast » et « 100% logical, the answer is before your eyes », hosted by Cyril Féraud. TF1 ultimately only came in third place with its launch of “Star Academy”.
The first part of the program was followed by 3.20 million viewers, or 16.4% of the public, then 2.54 million viewers, or 18.9% of the public, in the second part of the evening. The previous year, 3.76 million viewers (18.7% audience share), and 3.10 million (20.0% audience share) in the second part of the evening, were present .

However, this new edition of the “Star Academy” wishes to renew itself, in particular with the arrival of Clara Luciani as godmother. The meeting is always hosted by Nikos Aliagas and Karima Charni. We will therefore have to wait a few more weeks to see the concept of the show run out of steam, despite the channel’s desire to revive its great successes from the early 2000s.
