the Swiss Gustin almost trampled his opponents

This is what we call: overcoming an ordeal.twitter screenshot

Last night on TF1, it was the first individual event. As a Christmas tradition, it was on the classic obstacle course that the adventurers competed and some caught a log.

Like every week, this article on Koh-Lanta is full of spoilers

At your own risk.

In the episode of Koh-Lanta: The Cursed Tribe broadcast this Tuesday, October 8 on TF1, Gustin’s story unfolds in four acts: sleeping, flying through the ordeal, winning the totem and sleeping again. When the Vaudois, accused by the courts of having attacked security agents in Yverdon, does not rest, he wins. And that annoys the other adventurers, because victory means immunity.

Gustin’s main fault? Sleep. But not sleep at night in your bunk, sleep during the day in the middle of the community hall while the others are busy cutting coconuts, collecting wood or fetching water.

From human wreck to Spider-Man, Gustin has shown that he is capable of the worst as well as the best. Because in the individual immunity test, the first since reunification, Gustin defied the laws of gravity. While his competitors were crossing the rope obstacle on all fours, the Swiss decided to walk on them. Even Denis didn’t understand:

“Oh my! But what’s going on!”

Denis Brogniart who does not hide his surprise

A bit of a poker move, because he could easily have fallen on his opponents and even if he doesn’t eat his fill, he must easily be the weight of a draft horse.

However, with this technique “never seen in Koh-Lanta” as Denis recalls, Gustin ensured imminency at the next council.

Sleeping is Gustin’s biggest fault and it is also his greatest quality, because when he rests, he arrives as fresh as a roach on the tests. But the Swiss candidate has an interest in winning every time if he wants to continue to lead the life of a cat, that is to say only talking about food, not having fun and being ungrateful with the other competitors.

The problem is that the rouetourne will probably turn. His attitude, certainly logical (resting to perform) is not necessarily fair play and his attitude begins to hit the system of the other adventurers, especially on the girls’ side.

But unlike some candidates who are bad at the tests, the Yverdon resident does not need to pretend to be useful to the camp, for example, by tinkering with a fishing rod that catches nothing.

Gustin was downright provocative after winning by placing the totem on his sweater so that it could rest… like him. Is the Swiss on his way to becoming a Koh-Lanta legend? To be continued.
