Laurent Ruquier opens up about his personal fortune
Indeed, thanks to his multiple roles, Laurent Ruquier can now enjoy life: “I can afford what I want, when I want. I can please. It’s not up to me to say it, but I think I have a reputation for being generous. So I take advantage of it, but I also make others take advantage of it. (…) I take advantage of it, I blow it.”he revealed.
However, the host “knows where he comes from”. “I am privileged today, but it is not normal. It is not what is normal. It is not the everyday life of people. I have no problem paying taxes. If I have to pay more, I’ll pay more,” he said.
His beginnings in the media
It must be said that Laurent Ruquier’s career has been vast.
In fact, he quickly understood that he was attracted to the world of media. He then created his own radio: “I was the program director of my radio station and I would go and find presenters from other stations. (…) And I would make my schedules. I still have my little notebooks. (…) Looking back, I realize that I had a bit of a form of autism. I had a single goal. (…) It’s scary when I think about it,”
he confessed.
Then, it was on television that he was able to make his mark, while continuing to host programs such as Les Grosses Têtes, On va s’gêner. The rest, we know.
