Lara Fabian, Claudio Capéo, Slimane and Patrick Fiori had their work cut out for them this Saturday, September 29, during the semi-final of The Voice Kids, broadcast on TF1. Because at the end of the show, there were only four left to compete in the grand final… to the great dismay of some viewers.

It was indeed necessary to make choices this Saturday evening, since there remained four candidates per coaching team. And those who stood out are Louis for the Claudio Capéo team, Tim for Lara Fabian, April for Patrick Fiori and finally Coline for the Slimane team.

They all overthrew their respective coaches with sometimes daring covers, like that of Coline, who sang Fears of Slimane… in front of the person concerned. However, upon discovering the poster planned for the grand final on October 5, many people were missing a name. That of Inès.

A member of Claudio Capéo’s team, the young singer amazed the jury during the blind auditions with a song dedicated to her grandfather: My Idol by Janie. A performance which totally turned Slimane around. But the latter could no longer take her into his team, leaving the field open to Claudio Capéo.

With a good part of the public in the pocket since the start of the TF1 telecrochet season, the 13-year-old teenager was therefore logically seen as capable of reaching the final and thus succeeding Durel, winner last year . Before the evening began, many of them highlighted the status of “ grande favorite » by Inès.

Saturday evening is Vole that she had chosen to perform, despite the difficulties inherent in this song from Céline Dion’s repertoire. Moreover, the TF1 channel had focused a good part of the promotion of the semi-final on this performance.

Except that despite a touching and technical performance at the same time, Inès was not kept by Claudio Capéo for the final. He instead turned to Louis CG and his cover of another Slimane song, My love. On social networks, the disappointment was therefore (very) great.

After the announcement of her elimination, many hope to see the apprentice singer again soon. And let her fans rest assured: this experience seems to have given ideas to the young artist who had already taken part in the TF1 singing competition at the age of ten, without going further than the studio tests. With such room for improvement, it could undoubtedly appear in The Voice. And maybe even faster than expected.
