The end of an open secret. On Monday evening, in the last seconds of the sixth episode of season 19 of “L’Amour est dans le pré”, M6 viewers learned that one of Karell’s suitors was going to abruptly end his stay at the farm after a tense exchange with the 41-year-old farmer. The very next day, M6+ premium subscribers had the opportunity to discover, in preview, who, between the sensitive Claude and the rough-and-ready Alexandre, had left the adventure.
“I experience it quite violently”
Fans of the dating show produced by Fremantle France (“La France a un incroyable talent”) already suspect that it was Alexandre who put an end to the experiment. 24 hours after his arrival at the organic beef and poultry farmer in Burgundy-Franche Comté, the guy confronted the farmer during a one-on-one walk. A frank explanation that led to his departure.
“Claude and you are different. For now, I’m landing. It was a big wave all at once. I don’t want to be rushed in the process (…) It’s only the second day so I’d like to wait and give everyone a chance“, explains the young woman before revealing to Alexandre that she has “had a crush on speed dating“for his rival.”But I want to let this stay unfold and give you both space.“, the farmer then assures. Too late for Alexandre.

“I feel like we’re not equals. At some point, I’m not here to spend a stay on the farm (…) I’ll tell you frankly. It’s pissing me off, it’s shaking me up. I don’t want to stay, I can’t,” he then announces to him before packing his bags and leaving. “Our paths separate and that’s it” Karell then reacts in front of the M6 cameras. “Out of the blue, Alex decides to leave, he goes. I saw it quite violently because he was in a good mood, rather in action, very funny, making jokes. It was nice“, she concludes.
