Erotic thriller which is a hit on Netflix this summer, Fatal Seduction is back for a volume 2. What should we understand from the end? Warning, spoilers.

Number 1 on Netflix for several weeks, Fatal Seduction is the platform’s new erotic card. This sultry South African thriller, created by Steven Pillemer, Damilola Elebe and Sydney Dire, chronicles the passionate romance between Nandi (Kgomotso Christopher), a law professor, and a student named Jacob (Prince Grootboom), who charmed her during of a festive weekend she spent with her best friend Brenda (Lunathi Mampofu).
Nandi thought she was having a heated and inconsequential extramarital affair, but when Brenda is found dead a few days later, Nandi’s life changes and secrets from the past come to the surface.
During the first seven episodes of Fatal Seduction, we understand that Jacob was seeking revenge on Leonard (Thapelo Mokoena), Nandi’s prosecutor husband who had a certain Benjamin Jiba wrongly convicted of the rape and murder of a woman. little girl years ago.
And it turns out that Benjamin Jiba is the father of Jacob, who also committed suicide in front of him. Ever since, Jacob has cared for his sick mother and has sworn to avenge her family’s misfortunes. But Leonard is not the only one involved in this dark affair since Brenda was an important witness in the conviction of Benjamin Jiba and her brother Vuyo (Nathaniel Ramabulana), a former police investigator, was injured during his investigation.
The first volume of Fatal Seduction ended with an argument between Nandi and Jacob, during which the young man admitted everything to the law professor. And he threatened to attack her husband but also her teenage daughter Zinhle (Ngele Ramulondi) whom he began to flirt with and with whom he will also have a relationship.
How does Fatal Seduction Volume 2 end?
Since August 4, volume 2 of Fatal Seduction is available on Netflix. Composed of seven new episodes, this second part of the South African erotic series lifts the veil on many mysteries and brings scandalous revelations about the characters.
We thus learn that Leonard and Brenda had a hidden relationship for ten years and that Leonard forced Brenda to testify against Benjamin Jiba, because the little girl who was raped and killed was none other than the Minister’s daughter. The government was therefore pressuring Leonard to convict Benjamin Jiba.
Leonard and Brenda lived with this secret for years. When Brenda realized that Jacob was Benjamin Jiba’s son, her remorse drove her to end her life. She was therefore not murdered. This revelation further enraged Vuyo, who also had a relationship with Brenda, and the latter wanted justice for Brenda, Benjamin Jiba and her son Jacob.
The pressure of secrecy has also weighed on Leonard, who has a heart attack and ends up in the hospital. Vuyo provides elements to the police that compromise Leonard since the Jiba case is reopened and the justice system, the press and public opinion begin to interfere.
If he initially wanted to help Nandi, whom he is still in love with (because yes Vuyo and Nandi also had a relationship years ago), Vuyo finally decides to take revenge on his brother Leonard and Nandi when he learns that Zinhle is actually his biological daughter and not his niece.
He then makes sure that Jacob can go on the run with Leonard’s hijacked bank account and tricks Nandi and Leonard into believing that they will get away with fake passports. Except Vuyo drugs Leonard and tricks him into breaking into his house to try and get Nandi back.
The couple argue by the pool and their daughter Zinhle, who is depressed about Jacob and his relationship with Nandi, interferes with her katana (yes, you read that right) and stabs her father, probably thinking he’s was about Jacob.
When the police arrive, Nandi does everything to protect Zinhle and takes the blame for the attack on Leonard, who falls into a coma. Thinking of getting out of it, Nandi quickly understands that she has also been trapped by Vuyo and that she will rot in prison for a little while while Vuyo will take care of Zinhle.
Fatal Seduction ends with an ultimate threat, which could turn the cards around. Vuyo receives a call from Precious, the minister’s henchwoman, who threatens him if he continues to want to lift the veil on the Jiba affair. Vuyo thought he would take his revenge and live a peaceful existence with Zinhle, but he has now taken his brother’s place and is under pressure from the government. Until when ?
