Regarding Slimane’s absence from coaching the battles, Antoine admits his disappointment. “I was a little disappointed, for sure.”he admits before rejoicing in his coach’s replacements: “But I was still happy to see Dadju and Chimene Badi.” An encounter the 10-year-old boy will not soon forget. “I was a little stressed and embarrassed to be in front of them but I found them quite nice, quite cool. They were very attentive. It’s very impressive to meet them, like the four coaches when I saw them, we feel like we’re on another planet”says Antoine before complimenting the co-coaches: “They were very kind to us. They gave us a lot of advice. I had messed up the choruses, so they helped me sing in a different way.”
