The singer was absent for the first coaching episode of the new season of “The Voice Kids”.
Auditions are over for ” The Voice Kids ” and the coaches finally start working with their young talents. But for this new issue, Slimane was absent. The production explains.
The young talents must prepare for the upcoming semi-finals and each was able to talk with the coaches and co-coaches. This Saturday, September 14, viewers were able to follow Lara Fabian helped by Garou and Tayc, Patrick Fiori called on Patrick Bruel and Santa, Claudio Capéo requested the presence of Mosimann and Arnaud Ducret while Slimane requested the support of Chimène Badi and Dadju.
During the first battle which allowed Rafael’s victory, Slimane wanted to thank Chimène Badi and Dadju for replacing him during the coaching sessions. I chose to work with Chimène Badi and Dadju. By the way, I thank them because I couldn’t be there on the day of that coaching. I’m very happy to have chosen them because in their style and in their universe, they are a bit like the queen and the king ” he confided.
Regarding the singer’s absence, the production explained to Tele-Leisure that the singer was ill: ” Slimane was sick during the Battles rehearsals, that’s why he couldn’t be there “For Israel, this absence was a surprise. He was supposed to be there for the rehearsal but as he had a personal problem, he couldn’t unfortunately. We only saw Dadju and Chimène Badi ” he told the magazine. The young singer added: ” I’m sad that he didn’t come but I’m not disappointed because he did what he could. ».
Slimane and Israel were still able to exchange before and after the battles, a great meeting for the young boy.
