Solal tells Maya how angry Zoé was with him. He blames himself for being responsible for his ouster from the brigade and for not having thought about his first Christmas without his father. Maya advises him to tell her the truth. Lionel asks Solal to return to the Christmas brigade.
Anaïs announces to Vic and Enzo that everyone has canceled their Christmas dinner. She asks them to stop lying and admit that they canceled because of Milan. They say yes and recall how hell he made their lives. Anaïs assures that he has changed but Vic and Enzo are not ready to become friends with him.
Zoé is angry with Solal and Lionel. She admits to Gary that she doesn’t want to celebrate Christmas with her brother and sister. He offers her a one-on-one outing but she announces that she wants to organize a counter-Christmas at the institute to torpedo her brother and Solal.
Milan confronts Vic and Enzo in Here it all begins
Sabri and Thelma discuss golden spatulas. Sabri is afraid of being named. Gaspard interrupts them by assuring Sabri that there is no risk because he is transparent.
With Solal, Lionel realizes that students are looking at him strangely. Jim shows him the message Zoe sent for her alternative Christmas. Lionel wants to kill his sister. Solal decides to fix everything.
Milan blames Vic and Enzo for abandoning Anaïs. They remind him of the psychological torture they experienced, but Milan reminds him that he apologized. He doesn’t know what else to do. He asks them to make an effort for Anaïs who has had a difficult year and who has suffered a lot with her ears. He wants to organize a surprise for her.
Alice points out to Gaspard that he is often alone. He explains why he prefers not to be accompanied. He apologizes for what he said to Gaëtan and assures that he was just trying to protect her because he was afraid that he would manipulate her. Alice tells him that he is hated by his classmates and that he should be kinder to them.
Solal apologizes to Zoé and assures her that he never asked for her dismissal. He advises her to cancel her Christmas so as not to annoy Teyssier. But he refuses to answer her questions about the reasons for his behavior.
Helped by Vic and Enzo, Milan makes a surprise Christmas meal for Anaïs who is very touched.
Teyssier heard of Zoé’s message. He confronts her and asks her what she has planned. He questions her about what she would do at the institute if she had to organize the official Christmas. It offers an outdoor event with a picnic, braziers and blankets. Teyssier validates and tells him to bring together an experienced brigade to organize it.
It’s the war between Lionel and Zoé in ITC
Milan thanks Enzo for accepting lunch. Enzo tells him that he did this for Anaïs. Milan admits that she is lucky to have him as a friend. He adds that he too was fed up with having him as a friend. He says he wants to leave his problems behind him.
Zoé asks Emi to join her Christmas brigade. The chef refuses due to lack of time but agrees to give her opinion on Zoé and Gary’s menu ideas. She ends up accepting his proposal and asks Tom to replace her at the Atelier restaurant.
Tom gives his golden spatulas prizes with all the students. Gaspard wins the prize “of the guy who thinks he’s stylish when he’s a big asshole”. Gaspard arrives by surprise to collect his prize. He gives a speech explaining that it’s work to be haughty, especially with people who are ultimately cool. He promises to do everything to keep his title.
Teyssier interrupts Clotilde’s tasting of Solal and Lionel’s Christmas menu. Zoé on his heels, he announces that he is replacing this event with another imagined by the young woman. Clotilde refuses to change traditions. They argue. Teyssier proposes a deal: he gives each brigade three days to create a menu, the best of the two will be chosen for Christmas. Clotilde accepts. Teyssier then announces that Emi is part of Zoé’s brigade. Lionel warns his sister that he will have no mercy.
