This Thursday, December 5, two new episodes of the fifth season of The Agency were released, marking the start of a new series of exceptional sales in luxury real estate. After a successful fourth season, bringing together up to 800,000 viewers on average per episode, this new edition still promises its share of surprises, guests, family disputes (and yes, we need them), but above all good things to do. Exception like a mansion of 127 rooms.
The Kretz family: a life transformed thanks to the success of The Agency
Guests on the set of Daily On December 5, the Kretz brothers shared the changes that the popularity of their show has caused in their daily lives. Asked by Yann Barthès about the concrete changes, Martin Kretz replied: “Majo is the star!“Raphaël, the youngest of the family, detailed the positive impact of their media coverage:”It changed a lot of things, it opened up a lot of opportunities. Then it allowed us to meet extraordinary peopleto experience moments as a family that we might not have experienced.” For Valentin, it is the sharing of their passion that represents the biggest change: “We couldn't share it before. Now, thanks to the show, with TMC and Netflix, we can share it with millions of people. This really changed our lives.” The success of the show has also sparked vocations, Raphaël is proof of this: “I had to study law. But we receive a lot of messages from people who tell us that they started real estate thanks to us. It's so cool.”

Despite the happiness obtained through the program, the Kretz brothers did not hide the challenges of their daily life. Martin took the opportunity to discuss the uniqueness of their family agency: “We are very lucky, we work as a family. A family agency is precious, it’s fragile. There are fewer and fewer of them. Today, it makes you dream, it crosses borders. We are delighted to be able to make people dream.” Valentin, for his part, stressed that luxury real estate was not a flawless universe either: “It's not always easy, be careful (…) There is paperwork, a lot of preparation (…) And we must not forget that there are not only sales every day. That would be too easy. It's a job with ups and downs, and you have to have a strong heart..”
