The ex of Claudia Dimopoulos, who has just become a father for the second time, recently announced that he was making a career change: he was launching into real estate, alongside his partner, Carolanne Brière. His departure in the field, however, got off to a difficult start, as he is currently in controversy for an awkwardness made in the context of his work.
As revealed The Press, Jimy was accompanied by the newspaper team on a house tour. Following the latter, the former candidate of Occupation Double Martinique rebutted a question about the property and its potential water damage. The only problem is that his words turned out to be false.
While the father had claimed that the visible work on the walls and floors was only a sign of the replastering to be done in the house, the media suspected that it rather indicated an accumulation of water. As in fact, an inspection report carried out on this house was found, showing in black and white that there was “presence of water under [le] flexible covering of the basement floor”, which had caused potential buyers to withdraw and which should have been revealed by the sales brokers.
Neither Jimy nor his wife have commented on the situation, the new broker claiming that he was not aware that this inspection report had been done. On the other hand, Philippe Gaudreau, who also participated in FROM Martinique before being expelled for intimidation, did not hesitate to comment on the situation.
True to form, the influencer did not mince his words and captioned his story showing the article written about Jimy with “Karma’s ab*tch”, accompanied by some rather shocking emojis.

This suggests that Philippe held a certain grudge against his reality TV friend, who had not, however, been the main person involved in the conflicts of this famous season in Martinique. In any case, Jimy’s expected return to his networks in the public sphere will not have been easy!
