Here it all begins : “If I feel bored, I'll leave! “, responds Catherine Davydzenka on her departure from the TF1 series
If we judge by the many fans who have become attached to Hortense in the TF1 daily, there is no doubt that she has succeeded in her bet! As for whether, after four years, she has set a date to leave the series, here is her answer: “I am wherever I want to be when I like, she admits. As long as I'm comfortable somewhere, I stay, but if I feel like I'm bored and the cycle is over, I leave. I never know when it's going to happen, because it's not something I necessarily plan for. But from the moment I feel that the character is finished and that it is time to bow out, I set off on new adventures. I follow my instinct, actually.”. Fans can rest assured, for now, everything is fine, as she confirms in this interview.
Here it all begins : Why did Catherine Davydzenka transform her voice in the TF1 series?
It must be said that many people applauded her composition and in particular how she transformed her voice on screen. “When I accepted the roleshe confides in this interview, Even I didn't know what exactly I was going to do. There were “premises” in the script, but they weren't as sharp. Concretely, the role had no particular description. It aroused my curiosity a little and my desire to create something.”. Nourished by her debut on the stage, Catherine Davydzenka then explains why she wanted to create a character very far from herself: “At the time, I was 22 years old and I came from the theater where composing was normal. For me, the basis when interpreting a character is not to be yourself.(…). I thought that my job was precisely to seek a form of distance from oneself and that the whole pirouette consisted of finding how to make people believe in it..”
