The students of Star Academy are not idle. This Monday, December 2, 2024, the first part of the evaluations will take place, one day earlier. The program was revealed by Michael Goldman and it is loaded.
The premium of the Star Academy broadcast this Saturday evening on TF1 marked a turning point for the students still in competition. The stakes were high: to win one of the precious tickets to participate in the big tour which will take place from February 21 to May 25, 2025, with around thirty concerts across France. This exhilarating prospect also revealed a cruel reality: a candidate will not share this adventure with his comrades. The evening was punctuated by intense performances at the end of which Julie unfortunately saw her dream come to an end, leaving Charles, Franck, Maïa, Marine, Marguerite, Maureen, Ulysse and Ebony to secure a place for this unique experience.
Evaluations from this Monday and only two nominees
And surprise! From this Monday, December 2, 2024, the students did not have the opportunity to rest on their laurels. Director Michael Goldman announced a particularly busy schedule for the evaluations which take place a day earlier. The evaluations will take place in two stages with the theme: musical comedy. The first part will take place this Monday, December 2, afternoon. Two groups – Franck, Marguerite, Maïa and Ebony facing Charles, Ulysse, Marine and Maureen – will compete on Again and again by Francis Cabrel. They will have to create a staging around the song, while integrating what they want. The group that wins will not take the assessments on Tuesday. For tomorrow, the unsuccessful candidates will compete on a musical comedy song then a choreography by Malika Benjelloun. An additional tension was added this week: only two students, and not three as usual, will be nominated for the next bonus, further reducing the chances of remaining in the competition. The students will therefore not have to decide, only the public will choose. Growing pressure, but also an opportunity to shine individually.
Kendji Girac comes to visit the students
But despite all this work, the students were rewarded with a great gift. Kendji Girac created a surprise this Sunday, December 1, 2024 by visiting the students. Taken from an Advent calendar specially designed for the occasion, the singer brightened the day at the castle, sharing exceptional moments with the academicians. In his Instagram story that same day, Kendji Girac spoke about this experience: “I had a blast, it was magical. They are incredible and full of talent. I tried to give them the best of my advice.”
