France 2 is canceling its iconic singing competition in favor of its big special Telethon evening. Festivities begin at 6:45 p.m.
This evening on France 2, viewers will find Nagui, but not on his usual set of “Don’t forget the words”. Indeed, La Deux will broadcast an evening dedicated to the 38th edition of the Telethon, from 6:45 p.m. The host will therefore not be at the helm of his usual show, but will be present to help raise funds to finance research into rare genetic diseases. Last year, the Telethon collected more than 80 million euros in donations.
Nagui will not be the only one to present this 38th edition: the host of “Taratata” will be accompanied by journalist Sophie Davant and Cyril Féraud. The presence of this trio is more than necessary, since each year the Telethon constitutes more than 30 hours of live television. This means that fans of “Don’t forget the lyrics” must wait until Monday evening to find their favorite program, which will also not be broadcast this Saturday, November 30.
