Her presence bothers the young man a little, who still has a little difficulty understanding the pastry teacher… Later, Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau) goes to see Gaëtan to find out what he thinks about Alice. Gaëtan finds her questions a little strange and suspects Stanislas of having feelings for her. Stanislas assures the opposite, declaring that nothing will ever happen with his friend. He lets slip that what's more, Alice is a virgin…
In the afternoon, Alice goes to see Gaëtan and is clear with him. She is not looking for a relationship, but for a physical experience. Gaëtan declares that this is a shame for the first time… Surprised to see that Gaëtan knows about his virginity, Alice goes to see Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka) and Stanislas to find out who sold the piece. Stanislas confesses, ashamed. He explains that he let it slip inadvertently… Hortense points out to him that he should not have interfered in Alice's life. She may not know the codes, but she is quite capable of knowing what she wants.
Anaïs has difficulty adapting to her new life
Despite the doctor's recommendations, Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) spends a lot of time in the studio to rework her event menu. Milan (Gabriel Réhsé) advises him to slow down, but his girlfriend can't keep busy otherwise. Not only is she having trouble adapting to her hearing aids, but Joris Clébert's review is due out today. She is very apprehensive.
A little later, Clébert's review was published on the internet. He praises Anaïs's work, but describes her as “chef with a disability“, which upsets her. Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) says it doesn't matter. What matters is that she amazed all the elite of gastronomy with her event menu. Everyone now knows that she is a great chef. Anaïs replies that she is no longer any of that, being now incapable of working in a brigade. Teyssier reminds her that before thinking about that, she would do well to start her hearing rehabilitation.
Marc does the dirty work for Rose
Early in the morning, Rose (Vanessa Demouy) finds Marc (Stéphane Blancafort) in a café and talks to him again about the old notebook that Angèle (Ginnie Watson) threatens to show Carla (Aaricia Lemaire). It's a notebook she kept when she was pregnant with Carla, in which she wrote that she hated her baby and wanted to get rid of him. Marc advises his friend to go and warn Carla before Angèle makes her read the notebook, but Rose refuses. She thinks Carla will never forgive her for what she wrote. Marc suspects her of hiding something from him about the contents of the notebook…
A little later, Rose learns from Olivia that Carla's class is going to visit Angèle's farm in the afternoon. Upset, she asks Marc to accompany Olivia to the farm andtake the opportunity to search the house for his notebook. Marc finds the idea a little absurd, but agrees to try out of friendship for Rose.
Unsurprisingly, Angèle takes advantage of Carla's presence on her farm to get closer to her. She talks to him about her past with Raphaël (Bruno Madinier) and Coline's (Talina Boyaci) childhood, and asks him to come and have lunch at the farm the next day. A little embarrassed, Carla doesn't know what to answer… For his part, Marc leaves the group to go search Angèle's house. Bad luck, he is surprised by Bérénice (Bérénice Tanneberg)…
