In the episode ofHere it all begins from Friday November 29, 2024, the time for tasting has come for the young chefs. Invited by Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche), Malik (Oscar Al Hafiane) gives himself the air of a great gastronomic critic and chooses the concept of Quentin (Tristan Bowles) to take over from Jude (Galaad Quenouillère). Teyssier replies that his judgment is not up to par. He thinks that Malik takes himself too seriously and should learn to recognize a real promising project rather than showing off. Malik takes the blame while the director appoints Emi as the new head of the Workshop.
Alice (Noémie Zeitoun) announces to Hortense (Catherine Davdyzenka) thatshe found the perfect person to lose her virginity. It is about Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau), who manages to give her confidence. Hortense is not convinced by this idea, which could spoil Alice and Stanislas' friendship.
