Many viewers followed their portrait on the small screen, the opening of their letters, the speed dating, the stay on the farm with their suitors… Then the assessment in front of Karine Le Marchand with the famous question: did they found your soul mate?
From TV to stalls, the step will be taken this Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1.
Fans of Love is in the meadow have the opportunity to discover in the flesh, former candidates of the M6 show welcomed by a participant from season 18, Stéphane Fatticci.
This weekend, he invites you to the Christmas market for his good friends in his animal park in Ginasservis.
Thierry, Didier, Jean-François
Around ten farmers from Love is in the meadow will offer the fruits of their labor on the stalls, including some emblematic figures of the program.
All you have to do is pronounce “naughty” for aficionados of the show to respond straight away, Thierry. The Vaucluse winemaker scored a double blow with two participations in 2015 and 2022.
No one in the ranks of fans has forgotten Didier's jovial tone either. The Aveyronnais, breeder of Limousin cows, left his mark on season 14 with his shorts and his accent.
Visitors will also be able to talk with the market gardener and arborist Vincent (2018 edition), the Ariégeois shepherd Jean-François (2021) or Yves (2019), breeder of suckler cows in Limousin and brother of Gégé (2017). Without forgetting, the Tarnais David (2020), arborist, truffle grower, market gardener and helicopter grower.
The memories of their adventure will therefore be shared. For others, there is no need to go back too far in time. Their season isn't quite over yet in terms of broadcasting.
Ludovic and Christophe will, in fact, be there. The first named, a wine grower in Occitania, had attracted attention with his desire to fairly welcome his suitors.
Christophe de Dordogne, also a winegrower, has not yet taken stock with Karine Le Marchand. The most curious will therefore wait to see if he is accompanied or not.
Also on the plate
The icing on the cake is that farmers' products will also be on the lunch menu this weekend and at the aptly named Les Bons amis restaurant. It is open all year round with also the fruit of the work of local producers on the menu.
They will also set up their stalls during this Christmas market. It has been offered at the animal park for four years and for the first time with the former candidates of Love is in the meadow.
On Saturday evening, everyone is invited to dance with DJ Pascal (on-site sale of drinks, tapas, charcuterie and cheese boards).
“It was an opportunity to meet again”underlines Stéphane Fatticci. The director of the animal park mentions “a big family”. From one season to the next, it grows through meetings between participants.
“We all know each other. Several markets are organized throughout France. We also meet at the agricultural show on Fred and Pierre's stand (the star couple of the show) at the Paris Agricultural Show.”
For the Ginasservois, his participation in the show remains “a very good experience”.
