In the episode ofHere it all begins from Thursday November 28, 2024, Lionel (Lucien Belvès), Tom (Tom Darmon) and Quentin (Tristran Bowles) discover that new reviews of their dishes have been posted on the notice board. Lionel fumes and wants to physically attack Malik (Oscar Al Hafiane), but Quentin thinks he is using the wrong strategy. To get good reviews, he thinks it would be better to flatter Malik’s ego. On this advice, Lionel and Tom decide to offer their help to Malik during a lesson. Amused, the young man looks down on them and tries to make them work for him…
During chef Armand’s (Elsa Lunghini) class, Malik makes derogatory comments towards his classmates, notably Maya (Alexandra Favalli). Clotilde suspects him of having taken a big head by having the confidence of Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) and informs the director. She thinks he should stop asking for criticism before he gets too confident. Far from sharing his opinion, Teyssier instead asks Enzo (Azize Diabaté) to bring Malik to the young chefs’ tasting the next day. It is he who will choose the new head of the Workshop.
Stanislas does not leave Alice indifferent
Elsewhere at the Institute, Alice (Noémie Zeitoun) announces to Hortense (Catherine Davydzenka) and Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau) that she has completed the list of people with whom she could lose her virginity. By consulting her, Hortense advises her to forget Joachim (Janis Abrikh), who is married to the chef Armand (Elsa Lunghini). However, she encourages him to get closer to Gaëtan (Terence Telle)the latter having separated from Salomé (Aurélie Pons) two weeks earlier.
Later, Alice asks Gaëtan to have lunch with her. While she is speaking, Gaëtan sees a leaf fall on her head and delicately removes it. Physical contact is unbearable for Alicewho immediately flees without asking for his rest. She finds refuge with Hortense, to whom she confides that she wants to abandon her “loss of virginity” project. Unable to stand being touched, she doesn’t think she’ll be able to have sex.
At the end of the day, Alice asks Stanislas to come and taste one of her desserts. She needs advice on the best wine to accompany her. While cooking, the young woman burns her hand. Stanislas runs to apply cream to his hand.
Alice is surprised to find that physical contact with Stanislas does not displease her…
Angèle becomes the new market gardener of the Institute
Early in the morning, Angèle (Ginnie Watson) comes to the Institute and offers Antoine (Frédéric Diefenthal) become the school’s new market gardener. She says she really needs this job, being on the verge of losing her farm. Antoine is not sure that the idea is good, afraid that Angèle will cross paths with Rose (Vanessa Demouy), but the market gardener insists. She promises to do everything to avoid crossing paths with her ex-sister-in-law.
But it’s happening much sooner than expected. While Antoine accompanies Angèle in front of the school, Rose sees them. She waits until Angèle has left and rushes to see Antoine. How can he let this woman enter the Institute, let alone consider hiring her? Antoine declares that he doesn’t really have a choice. He can’t find any other supplier… Very angry, Rose accuses her ex-companion of simply wanting to put Angèle in his bed…
Despite Rose’s reluctance, Antoine goes to the farm to tell Angèle that she is hired. Delighted, the market gardener suggests that they celebrate with a drink, but Antoine declines. He would prefer to maintain professional relations now that Angèle works for the Institute. Angèle finds this a shame, as things have been going well between them since they met… For her part, Rose is dying of worry.
She is convinced that Angèle will try to turn Carla (Aaricia Lemaire) against her. She therefore decides to share her fears with her daughter…

She wants to make him understand that his mother is nothing more than a murderer. At the same time, Carla enters the commissary and declares that she will never be convinced by her. She may be her father’s sister, but she doesn’t want her in her life.
At the end of the day, Rose surprises Angèle as she leaves the Institute. She urges her to stay away from Carla, but Angèle has no intention of doing so, on the contrary. She has at home
a notebook that Rose kept during her pregnancyand she intends to show it to Carla. When she reads it,
she will discover how monstrous Rose is…
