On November 20 in Here it all begins (TF1, 6:35 p.m.), Teyssier pushes Malik against the wall, Anaïs puts herself in danger and Milan sacrifices himself for her…
In the episode ofHere it all begins from Wednesday November 20, 2024, Wiesberg (Noémie Zeitoun) announces to Gaspard (Maxym Anciaux) that she has gone to consult a psychologist. She was diagnosed with Asperger's autism, but she would like Gaspard to keep that to himself. She's not ashamed of it, but she doesn't want to be reduced to her diagnosis. Gaspard thinks, on the contrary, that talking about it would save him from painful situations, but the chef is categorical. She refuses to allow information to circulate at the Institute.
A little later, Wiesberg had to relocate his class to the studio due to a broken oven in the kitchen. The smallness of the room is difficult for him to bear because of the noise. She ends up leaving the class claiming to have an appointment with the doctor… Informed, Myriel (Frédéric Diefenthal) waits for her to return and goes to see her. He points out to her that she cannot leave a class in the middle and informs her that he is going to talk to Teyssier about it.
Teyssier makes life difficult for Malik
In the management office, Rose (Vanessa Demouy) and Enzo (Azize Diabaté) confront Teyssier (Benjamin Baroche) about the criticism posted in the Institute. They suspect him of having judged the concepts of Master's students to destabilize them. Amused, Teyssier denies being the author of the criticism and refuses to reveal who it is… At the same time, Malik (Oscar Al Hafiane) comes across the young chefs who are completely depressed. They decide to find the mystery critic to make him happy…
In the afternoon, Teyssier summons Malik to his office and asks him to write reviews on all the young chefs' dishes. In exchange, he will reconsider his last grade in cooking. Teyssier adds that if he refuses, he will tell the young chefs that he is the author of the first criticisms. Disappointed, Malik understands that he has no choice and accepts. Clotilde (Elsa Lunghini) takes a very dim view of Teyssier's shenanigans. She has no desire for Malik to become an outcast, nor to increase his grade in the kitchen…
Anaïs puts herself in danger
In bed with Milan (Gabriel Réhsé), Anaïs (Julie Sassoust) feels dizzy. At the foot of the wall, she talks to him about her otosclerosis but is reassuring. She's going to have surgery and everything will be fine. Worried despite everything, Milan encourages him to postpone tasting his event menu. Anaïs refuses. She doesn't want to disappoint anyone.
Arriving at the Institute, Milan goes to the cellar to make sure that there is no trace of what happened the day before, when Anaïs broke a crate of fine wines. He finds the neck of a bottle, just as Mattéo (Louis Bouquet) enters the cellar. Embarrassed, Milan is unpleasant to his comrade and flees…
Later, the young man goes to see Constance (Sabine Perraud) and asks her questions about otosclerosis. He claims that his cousin has it and that he is very worried about him. The nurse is reassuring, but she advises Milan to tell his cousin to rest before his operation. Otherwise, his condition could worsen and he could lose his hearing…
To protect Anaïs, Milan denounces itself for the missing great wines
At Double A, Zoé (Maïa Bringue) reports a problem to Stanislas (Hubert Roulleau). A customer ordered her a Saint-Estèphe, but she cannot find the cash register in the cellar. Mattéo immediately suspects Milanwho showed very suspicious behavior at the cellar that morning. He tells Vic (Lou Ladegaillerie) and Billie (Margaux Aguilar), which alerts Vic. She suspects Milan of stealing the Institute's bottles to resell them, and advises Mattéo to talk to management about it.
For his part, Milan goes to see Anaïs and tries to reason with her. It's imperative that she postpone her tasting to get some rest, or things could get really bad. Annoyed, Anaïs reminds Milan that she has been cooking for six years. She can't afford to give up two days of a presentation that could change her career…
While Milan and Anaïs are arguing, Teyssier enters the studio and asks to speak to Milan. He accuses her of having stolen the missing grands crus and tells her that he is going to question Anaïs so that she stops covering for him. He plans to push her until she throws him away. To preserve Anaïs, Milan denounces itself for the missing wines.
