The bonus of this Friday, November 15 was marked by a strong emotional moment: the elimination of Emma. In danger from Charles and Masséo, the young academician left the adventure, leaving behind her upset comrades. Very affected, Emma expressed her pain and her regret at seeing her dream end before the tour and the final. The young singer was comforted by Lucie Bernardoni, who encouraged her to accept this difficult stage. “As soon as we leave this show, we have to fight”the tutor reminded him. Emma admits that the Star Academy was the dream of his life
Four days after her departure, Emma is slowly adapting to her new life. “I found my family again, it felt good. Everyone was there for me, it was super cool,” she explains. However, she admits to retaining habits from her life at the castle: “I want to go to class with the other students. And I’m careful not to forget my phone, it’s kind of slipped my mind!” Every week, Alix Grousset meets the eliminated students. Faced with the YouTuber, Emma looks back at the start of her adventure Star Academy. “You were revealed at the press conference, a few days before the broadcast”reminds Alix. “It was a really strong moment because castings take a long time. It is lots of patience and waiting. Star Ac' is the dream of my life. I've signed up every year since it started again.”reveals Emma.
Emma (Star Academy) : “I was made to believe that I was a replacement candidate”
“I really wanted to be Star Ac'! There were several casting phases and, then, I was made to believe that I was a 'spare' candidate, a replacement“, continues the young artist. “So, I had a place that wasn't easy. You only get on the show if there's a withdrawal. Except that I was prepared like a real candidate! I had trained my ears, I had lots of appointments, I had even resigned from my job abroad. I was told I was there for a photo shoot. I open the door and I see Nikos, Pierre Garnier and 70 journalists. I didn't know it was the press conference. I understood straight away and I felt relief, I said to myself 'finally'. It was amazing!”
