Delobel confirms to Teyssier that he has made his decision and that he is going to leave the institute because it is the best thing to do. His friend tries to dissuade him so that he can save his reputation which is sinking. Delobel thinks his career is behind him. Teyssier says Emi deserves better than her desire for revenge. Delobel has an idea and asks his friend to summon her.
Anaïs has an erotic dream in which she spends an intimate moment with Milan in the greenhouse. She wakes up with a start in the roommate's living room and discovers Enzo and Vic looking at her. She tells them everything. Vic reminds him of everything Milan did. Anaïs assures him that she is doing everything to no longer be attracted to him.
Tom rejoices when he receives the message from Teyssier announcing the cancellation of the masterclass. Billie defends Delobel by pointing out that it was not him who put the rope around the chief's neck. Emi joins them and announces that she has been summoned. She thinks she's going to be fired. Tom promises not to let her go.
Anaïs arrives late at Double A to prepare for her service. She discovers Teyssier at the back of the kitchen. He blames her for having made a fiasco with her dish last week. He reframes her in front of his brigade by saying that her dishes are boring unlike Jude's.
A returner for Milan
In the middle of service, Milan discovers one of his former friends from prison at one of the tables. The latter and his friends insist that Milan move in with them. He refuses with difficulty.
Clotilde and Antoine welcome the cancellation of Chef Delobel's masterclass. Teyssier tells them that they will not like what happens next. He specifies that the course will resume the next day. Antoine and Clotilde are worried about Emi and refuse to let her continue to be around the person responsible for her father's suicide. Teyssier persists and signs. He blames the teaching team for letting the situation degenerate.
At the end of the service, Milan chats with his friend. He talks about Louis Guinot and cooking. His friend assures that his business is doing well and that he is earning a lot of money. Stanislas reframes Milan who has not finished his service.
Malik and Tom act as bodyguards for Emi. They accompany him to Teyssier's office. They turn when they see Chief Delobel coming out alone. The latter insists that Emi follow him into the kitchen. He promises to leave her alone afterwards.
Anaïs reads to Teyssier the positive reviews she has just received for her lunch service. The chef reproaches him for having only half filled the room while Jude is full despite Delobel's troubles. He accuses Anaïs of making excuses and purring.
Delobel wants to stay alone in the kitchen with Emi. Malik and Tom are forced to watch them behind the bay window. Delobel will reproduce the recipe that earned Emi's father his first star. A dish that has a condiment whose recipe was kept secret by chef Saneka.
Milan tells Enzo how much money his friend has. He admits that he was happy to see him because with him, he does not have to play a role like at the institute. He has to see him that evening for dinner.
Emi in shock
Emi assures Delobel that he won't be able to make the condiment again. The recipe is only in his father's notebook and has never been published. She winces when she sees that the chef has all the ingredients and gives the right proportions. She accuses Delobel of having read the notebook on the sly but the chef tells her that it was he who imagined this condiment then stolen by Saneka. He leaves the choice to Emi to keep this secret to herself or not.
Milan tells his friend about his difficult daily life. The latter asks him if some people take drugs at the institute to keep up. Milan assures me no. His friend is happy and offers to provide him with products to sell at the castle. Milan hesitates because he lacks money but he refuses.
Emi comes out of the kitchen in tears. Tom and Malik wonder what the chef did to him. She asks them to film her. She makes a video in which she apologizes for accusing Chief Delobel. She acquits him and announces that his father was a coward without honor. She reveals that he appropriated the recipes from his clerks and that he was an impostor.
