Things get tough between Ludivine and Raphaël. If everything seemed to be going wonderfully during their wedding in Gibraltar, the couple has been going through a crisis for several days, as evidenced by the latest episodes of Married at first sight, broadcast on M6. In fact, Raphaël confided to Ludivine that he was not attracted to her at the moment. A situation which greatly destabilized the young woman, and which caused an argument between the two candidates.

Ludivine haughty with Raphaël? She answers

On Monday May 20, 2024, the same evening of the broadcast of a new episode of M6’s flagship show, Ludivine spoke to our colleagues at TV Magin particular to evoke her reaction to her husband’s comments: “At that moment, I didn’t see desire in his eyes. I overreacted emotionally. (…) These are the words of a woman who has no self-confidence at all and who seeks approval in the eyes of her husband because he finds her attractive.” she first confided. The 34-year-old business manager also wanted to defend herself against viewers who judged her to be haughty with Raphaël: “I have received as much feedback from people who will indeed find me pretentious and haughty as from people who will think that it was clumsy and hurtful. Some understand that the toxicity of my past relationships means that I do not use the right form and that I lose confidence too quickly.” she explained.

“I lost my footing”

For her, when Raphaël confided that he had no physical attraction towards her at the start, it was impossible for it to arise in the future: “There was this ‘for now’ that I definitively interpreted as ‘I don’t like you’ because, in my personal history, I was coming out of relationships where physical attraction was immediate and reciprocal.” confided the candidate to TV Mag before continuing: “I couldn’t imagine that over time, by getting to know him, by learning to like my personality, he would perhaps end up fully appreciating me physically, or not. I took it as a rejection and I didn’t feel attractive in his eyes. I lost my footing.” she concluded. It remains to be seen whether the couple will succeed in overcoming this argument… Answer in the next episode!
