Once again, Dylan Thiry finds himself in dirty trouble. Born in Arlon in 1994, the influencer, who became famous after his short participation in “Koh-Lanta” (TF1) in 2017, is accused of having tried to have a Malagasy child adopted for 150,000 euros.
Imagined for Jazz, another starlet of reality TV, the scam, summarized in several voice notes recorded by Dylan Thiry himself, was revealed by Booba. The rapper, at war with “influencers” for a year, having broadcast the compromising sound clips on the internet, yesterday Wednesday.

“I can make sure that she (Jazz, Editor’s note) adopts. I make sure to ask them for a minimum of 100,000 euros, it’s really the minimum. And I tell them “Come to Madagascar” and they give me 100K. Me, I do everything for them so that they can adopt and save a child, ”explains the influencer. ” There are two things. Already one, I take a big ticket and I’m not saying it’s for me. I say that there are about 150,000 euros of documents to pay, to settle with the lawyers, while I take everything in my pocket. And the other thing is, it saves a child. These are the two things that are positive. »
Implicated in the recordings, Jazz reacted by confirming that she wanted to adopt but that she refused to pay for this procedure.
Faced with overwhelming evidence, Dylan Thiry does not seem worried… and evokes a betrayal. “I sent this voice note to Sandra, who was the vice-president of the association and my agent, who sent it to the collective and to Booba to smear me”, he explained to his fans on Instagram. His priority? Apologize to Jazz, from whom he tried to extract 150,000 euros. “Friends all the same, you have to take responsibility for your faults […] Vis-à-vis Jazz already, because she found herself in a sauce she didn’t deserve, because she had nothing to do with it. Especially since she is pregnant, this is not the time for her to find herself in controversies like that, which do not concern her at all. So, I apologize in public, it’s the least I can do. »
Far from understanding the seriousness of his project, the Luxembourg influencer could however have to report to French justice. And for good reason, this Wednesday April 26, 2023, two parliamentarians, Arthur Delaporte and Stéphane Vojetta, announced that they had seized the public prosecutor.
“In these voice notes, Mr. Thiry indicates that he wishes to help a third person to “adopt” a child through a manifestly illegal act, and in exchange for an economic consideration”, write the deputies in a press release. “Mr. Thiry subsequently confirmed the authenticity of these recordings in statements published on the Instagram network. These declarations, if they were followed by effects, would be similar to child trafficking, in particular prohibited by the International Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989.
This is not the first time that the Luxembourg influencer has been accused of fraud or attempted fraud. After usurping the title of Mister Luxembourg 2019, the man was pinned for promoting Chinese imitation AirPods (2020) and “anti-cancer” capsules (2023). In January 2023, five people filed a complaint against Dylan Thiry for breach of trust after the creation of online pots intended to finance humanitarian missions in Africa.
This year again, the Luxembourger was singled out for having staged himself in Turkey, just after the deadly earthquakes of Monday February 6.
