The celebrations begin this Thursday, July 13, 2023, with the return of the fireworks display at La Reynerie. The fireworks will be fired from the banks of the lake of the Reynerie where comes to open a new nautical base.
After the NRJ Music Tour
On Friday July 14, at 10:30 p.m., after the NRJ Music Tour, the second Toulouse fireworks will be fired from the Garonne. A pyrotechnic show that will echo the Rugby World Cup which will take place in France and Toulouse from September.
This firework will be fired from 24 barges and rafts installed on the Garonne, the scenography of which was set up by the company Ruggieri, a local company.
From where to see the fireworks
The organizers promise an exceptional fire facade to be seen in 360° from the new bridge, the Saint-Michel bridge, the meadow of the filters and the quay of the Daurade, with a 500 m wall of fireworks which will be reflected on the Garonne. .
To see the Toulouse fireworks well, there won’t be 36,000 solutions. The luckiest will be those who live there and admire the spectacle from their windows and balconies.
The others will have to clump together in the large crowd, which will crowd around the meadow of Filters.
Go up to Pech-David
Another possibility will present itself to you, however. To see the fireworks in panoramic, you have to climb the hill of Pech-David. This is where, without a doubt, the best spot to watch the fireworks.
“For spectators wishing to watch the fire from the hill of Pech-David, the descent of the Téléo will have to be done at the Hôpital Rangueil Louis Lareng station”, recalls Tisséo.
