Firefighters save a goose in danger at La Gravière, in Amay

A call indicating that a goose was in difficulty, on an islet near La Gravière in Amay, was received on Saturday shortly after 3 p.m. at the dispatching of the Hesbaye Meuse Condroz emergency zone (Hemeco).

A team of divers was therefore deployed to rescue the bird. The delicate rescue operation lasted most of Saturday afternoon.
