Capdenac-Gare. Municipal council: the agenda

The Capdenac-Gare municipal council will meet this Monday, January 27 at 6 p.m. During this first municipal council of the year, an important issue shared with Grand-Figeac will first be addressed: the community of municipalities will ensure the project management of the roads on avenue Albert Thomas and by delegation of the commune that of the surroundings, namely the accessibility of the town hall, the development of the square and the esplanade in front of the school, for a total amount of nearly 1.5 million euros. Other files from the community of municipalities will be brought to the attention of elected officials: a housing file concerning the wasteland located on rue Lamartine, a cycle route project and a subsidy to a Capdenac company. The council will then address the school organization project and decide on the payment of a subsidy for Mayotte. The investments carried out by the municipality and targeted in 2025 will be the subject of grant requests from partners: the extension of the health center into additional premises to accommodate new health professionals, the new children’s play area at the Capèle park and the renovation of premises for sports associations.

These grant requests must be sent to the State before February 1, the strict deadline. Finally, a focus will be placed on the project to develop car parks located on rue Victor-Hugo and rue Emile-Maruéjouls with the installation of two new electric charging stations by Sieda, which will increase the supply on the territory of the municipality.
