A young man found dead on the sidelines of the Yellow Pieces Gala at La Défense Arena

A 25-year-old young man was found unresponsive by passers-by during the night from Thursday to Friday in .

Despite the care provided by emergency services, the victim died.

According to police sources, she wore a box bracelet from the Yellow Pieces Gala, which took place Thursday evening in the La Défense Arena concert hall.

It was shortly before 1 a.m., on the night of Thursday January 23 to Friday January 24, that the alert was given. At precisely 12:40 a.m., the police force from the Directorate of Public Order and Traffic (DOPC) responsible for securing the area surrounding the Yellow Pieces Gala in the Paris La Défense venue were contacted by passers-by who had just discovered an unconscious and injured man on the public highway.

Immediately, emergency services were called to take care of the victim who, according to several police sources, had wounds on his body and whose clothes were torn. Despite the care provided, he was pronounced dead at 1:20 a.m.

The victim, who would be aged 25 to 30 years old, according to the same sources, had a box bracelet from the Yellow Pieces Gala on his wrist. No identity document was found in this young man’s personal effects but he was in possession of a Navigo pass with his photograph.

The body was taken to the Forensic Institute for autopsy. An investigation was opened by the prosecution. Contacted by TF1info, the latter had not responded to our requests at 10:15 a.m. The Paris police headquarters, also contacted, had not yet contacted us.
