SNCF is already unveiling discounted tickets

SNCF has opened reservations for TGV Inoui, Intercités and OUIGO tickets for the period from March 31 to May 11, 2025, including the Easter holidays and May public holidays. With advantageous prices, these sales concern approximately 60 destinationsboth in and abroad. Travelers are encouraged to book early to benefit from the best deals.

The most popular routes in spring

Some routes are particularly popular and require advance booking:

  • : From €10 with OUIGOthis line allows you to attend the Lyon Fair, scheduled from April 4 to 14, 2025.
  • Paris – : Proposed from 16 €this OUIGO connection is also in high demand, with high attendance expected from the first days of sale.
  • Paris – : Ideal for exploring the Breton capital, with tickets starting from 16€. A notable event, the Van Life Expo, will be held in Rennes on April 12 and 13.

According to Clément Bretagnolle, commercial director of Trainline France, book 11 weeks in advance saves up to 40 % on certain journeys, with savings sometimes reaching 60 % for those who book as soon as they open.

Opportunities to travel in Europe

The high-speed trains of the Spanish company Renfe allow you to reach European destinations at competitive prices. Among the available connections:

  • Lyon – Barcelona : With tickets from 49 €this line saw a sharp increase in demand in 2024. It is an ideal option for enjoying Holy Week or cultural events in Barcelona.
  • Madrid – Marseille : Although a little more expensive, with prices starting at 99 €this journey is an opportunity to explore Madrid and its famous attractions, such as the Reina Sofía Museum.

SNCF and its partners, such as Trainline, TicTactrip and Ouigo, highlight the importance of responsiveness. Sales are open on SNCF Connect and other platforms, allowing access to tickets as soon as they become available.

Alain Krakovitch, director of TGV-Intercités at SNCF, recalls that booking early remains the key to traveling at a lower cost.
