While the domestic gas shortage crisis continues to hit many homes, units of the Grombalia National Guard brigade (Nabeul governorate) intercepted a truck carrying gas cylinders this Thursday, January 23, after the driver attempted to sell them illegally on the side of the road and outside official distribution channels. According to a press release made public by the General Directorate of the National Guard, the public prosecutor ordered the complete seizure of the goods and the implementation of the necessary legal measures against the offenders.
Furthermore, units of the Menzel Temime National Guard Brigade (Nabeul governorate) seized several domestic gas cylinders intended for improper use.
The General Directorate of the National Guard clarified that these seizures are part of ongoing efforts to combat illegal practices affecting official distribution channels.
