Who said Star Academy was just a musical adventure? Franck was eliminated on Saturday January 18, 2025 at the gates of the final, after an evening punctuated by exceptional performances solo or in duo with Ebony. Since his release, the young man has had a series of interviews and appearances in the media. On Tuesday January 21, 2025, the academician was the guest of a live broadcast by Gulli in the company of his former comrade, Charles. The opportunity for the two alumni to look back on their daily lives at the Château de Dammarie-les-Lys, to share anecdotes about their teachers and to discuss their performances… but not only that. If hypotheses of romance arose several times during the adventure, however always remaining at the stage of rumor, Franck made a revelation which this time seems well-founded. “Have you ever had a crush in the adventure?”, questioned the host of the channel, hoping to obtain a secret. “No… whatever,” Franck then replied, leaving the suspense hanging.
The semi-finalist asked for some details from his interlocutor before continuing his response: “So we’re not just talking about the 14 [élèves] ? “No, we talk about everything”, he was told. Did Franck fall in love with the adventure? In any case, that’s what he suggested, finally responding: “So yes, but I won’t say anything,” thus cutting the conversation short in order to keep the identity of the mystery person secret.
