Rents in Quebec | 5.9% increase proposed by the TAL: “It’s the accumulation that hurts” — 98.5 Montréal

The Administrative Housing Tribunal (TAL) has established that landlords will be able to increase unheated rents by 5.9% for the next lease. This causes a lot of fear in a context where half of Quebecers have no financial room to maneuver.
