In Israel, families of hostages are feverishly awaiting new releases since the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. A return that has never seemed so close.

It has been a symbolic place since the attacks of October 7. Hostage Square in Tel Aviv (Israel), where families and loved ones gather every day. Photos, an hourglass, and a counter remind us that there are still 91 Israelis to return. “It is far from over. We must ensure that negotiations for the second phase continue, while respecting the ceasefire”explains the cousin of a hostage.

For families of hostages, this is another must-see place. In a building, we collect all the information concerning the prisoners. Since the agreement reached last week between the Israeli government and Hamas, things are finally moving forward. On Sunday January 19, according to schedule, three Israeli hostages were released.
