It is in a 300 m2 residence with swimming pool and tennis court that the lovers have chosen to live year-round for several years now. “For Yoann, it’s Brittany first and a visceral attachment to Ploemeur. It’s something deep about him. This house allows him to live alone with his family and isolated”explains Jacky Guégan, a close friend of the Gourcuff family, to our colleagues at The Team.

-A beautiful white house “hidden in a thick forest of pines, oaks and beeches”, as our colleagues explain, purchased in 2008 and located far from the hustle and bustle of big cities. But this is not the only property belonging to Yoann Gourcuff and Karine Ferri, since in 2020, the couple who shared a rare photo of their little Claudia to celebrate her 6th birthday, acquired a superb property located in the Var, near Saint-Raphaël. According to our colleagues, the two lovebirds still have paid the sum of 4 million euros to afford this property where they must certainly go during the school holidays.
