If last week Nintendo was in the spotlight with its Switch 2, it is Xbox which will have all the honors in the coming days. The green brand will hold its first speech this Thursday, January 23 during a conference which will highlight three games to be released on Xbox Game Pass. The intriguing South of Midnight, Doom The Dark Ages and the most promising Frenchie Clair Obscur. One, if not several, surprises are also expected, including one which would directly affect a “legendary” Japanese license. The mystery remains, but there is no question for Microsoft of shaking up its schedule. The latest Xbox Game Pass games for January 2025 were therefore revealed right on time.

Historically, January has never been the most exciting month of the year for subscribers. It is customary for it to be a little more limited in new releases and releases, period requires. For these first weeks of 2025, the American publisher had bet hard on the arrival of Diablo in Game Pass PC and Ultimate to mark the occasion.
